SMIN manages its own warehouse, fleet of delivery trucks and installation crews, thus directly responsible for all storage, delivery and installation of goods. After installations the SMIN installers, level all desks and cabinets, wipe down all goods and undertake a quality check. Should anything be below standard, it is immediately escalated to SMIN Customer Care for rectification.
